The context and strategic autonomy set out in the 2017 Strategic Review were recalled.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Le <strong>General Vincent Carr\u00e9<\/strong>, The Deputy Head of Plans (EMA -
