Journal of War and Peace Studies, at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pressesdesciencespo.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Presses de Sciences Po<\/strong><\/a>.<br \/>\nThis is a <strong>exceptional issue,<\/strong> in two volumes of over 760 pages, devoted to <strong>\u00abstrategic succession<\/strong> \u00bbIt is open to all young researchers, doctoral students and young doctors working on defence and security issues. An examination of the \u00abadditional costs of OPEX\u00bb illustrates the new methods of intervention. The purpose of this contribution is to examine, from an economic point of view, the<strong> operating cost<\/strong> borne by the armed forces. This cost is difficult to assess because it has no economic value in itself, so we have to resort to indirect analyses, via the <strong>consequences for people and equipment<\/strong>. We show that since 2010 <strong>serious shortcomings<\/strong> This could ultimately lead to a reduction in France's military potential.
