The article, written in collaboration with <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Damien Coadour (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/profile\/Coadour_Damien\" target=\"_blank\">Damien Coadour <\/a><\/strong>and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Renaud Bellais (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/profile\/Renaud_Bellais\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Renaud Bellais<\/strong><\/a>, is entitled \u00ab\u00a0<em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Technology Transfer and Risks of Knowledge Leakages Through Training Activities: An Assessment in Sovereign Industries (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.managementinternational.ca\/catalog\/revue\/technology-transfer-and-risks-of-knowledge-leakages-through-training-activities-an-assessment-in-sovereign-industries.html\" target=\"_blank\">Technology Transfer and Risks of Knowledge Leakages Through Training Activities: An Assessment in Sovereign Industries<\/a><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb (<em>Technology transfer and risk of knowledge leakage linked to training activities: an assessment in the context of sovereign industries<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This article assesses the<strong> risks of knowledge leakage<\/strong> associated <strong>training<\/strong> as part of the <strong>technology transfer<\/strong>s <strong>of sovereignty<\/strong> (e.g. energy, transport, defence). Today, governments want to master sovereignty technologies, which means acquiring the necessary knowledge. As a result, exporting companies have <strong>adapted their offers<\/strong> to meet customer demands and therefore <strong>provide training<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>After collecting the <strong>perception of trainers<\/strong> involved in these contracts, the authors propose a<strong> typology of trainers<\/strong> and their typical behaviour in<strong> different professional situations<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The study shows a <strong>highly differentiated representation of risk<\/strong> of knowledge leakage according to the different categories of trainers (1) as well as a <strong>overconfidence<\/strong> in relation to <strong>upstream control systems<\/strong> (contract in particular) (2).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The results allow the authors to suggest <strong>ways of improving training systems <\/strong>to mitigate and\/or improve <strong>control knowledge leakage <\/strong>as part of technology transfers.<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Josselin Droff, chercheur \u00e0 la Chaire \u00e9conomie de D\u00e9fense, publie un article dans la revue Management International.
