The Universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux's application and its project<strong> <\/strong><em><strong>Defense and Peace Bordeaux School (DPBS)<\/strong><\/em> was selected from among 19 projects submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this project, co-sponsored by <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Jean Belin (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/gretha.u-bordeaux.fr\/fr\/members\/belin-jean\" target=\"_blank\">Jean Belin<\/a><\/strong>, holder of the <strong>Chair in Defence Economics<\/strong> (in collaboration with <strong>Anne-Marie Tournepiche<\/strong> and <strong>S\u00e9bastien Laurent<\/strong>, As a result, the University of Bordeaux is a recognised player in the field of strategic and defence studies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the <strong>academic training<\/strong>, the project  <em>Defense and Peace Bordeaux School <\/em> will offer a <strong>specific \u00abdefence\u00bb training\u00bb <\/strong>(Masters and PhD).
