The term \u00abcitizenship\u00bb here encompasses elements linked to public opinion and the rise of nationalism or populism in modern societies. <br>Contributions on how the\u2019<strong>public opinion<\/strong> (via twitter for example) shapes military interventions, defence or international policy (e.g. defence spending, arms trade) will be addressed.
