In it, he outlines some of the key trends in the arms market:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The researcher explains why the <strong>arms export market on the rise<\/strong>. France provides a <strong>stock of small contracts<\/strong> stable in the order of <strong>3 to 4 billion euros a year<\/strong>. The sharp fluctuations of the recent period are therefore closely linked to major contracts such as Rafale sales to India. <\/li><li>Le <strong>Middle East <\/strong>is the region to which France exports the most. These countries have high arms requirements. In addition to arms contracts, France also needs to develop <strong>lasting partnerships<\/strong>. <\/li><li>About us <strong>developments on the world market<\/strong>, total global military expenditure is almost<strong> 1700 billion dollars a year<\/strong>. This is a high level, but relatively stable since 2010. Regional disparities remain significant.
