The title of the presentation was\u00ab\u00a0<em>The tools of economics applied to defence and international security issues<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb (<a href=\"https:\/\/economie-defense.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/presentation_j_malizard_11_juin_2019_irsem.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"download the presentation (opens in a new tab)\">download the presentation<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le<strong> first panel,<\/strong> centred on the creation of a scientific corpus, provided an opportunity to discuss the <strong>specific features of the defence economy<\/strong>, a little-studied discipline among strategic studies: the\u2019<strong>lack of measurement of the safety concept<\/strong> and<strong> limitations of existing data<\/strong>.
