Josselin Droff and Julien Malizard go on to talk about the <strong>industrial cooperation arrangements<\/strong>, This could be achieved through the creation of an equipment market, either as a result of major armaments programmes, or through mechanisms such as the\u00a0<em>buy european act<\/em>.
