Pedone. \" class=\"wp-image-3993\" width=\"165\" height=\"256\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jean Belin, holder of the Chair, co-edited a book on armed conflict.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The book entitled <em>Armed conflict<\/em> was carried out under the scientific direction of <a href=\"https:\/\/ecodef-ihedn.fr\/en\/equipe\/\"><strong>Jean Belin<\/strong>, holder of the Chair<\/a>, <strong>S\u00e9bastien-Yves Laurent<\/strong> (professor of political science) and <strong>Anne-Marie Tournepiche<\/strong> (professor of public law) at the University of Bordeaux. It was published on 28 October by Editions A. Pedone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the second half of the XX<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;century of <strong>major developments<\/strong> The challenges we face are many and far-reaching: a considerable decline in traditional armed conflicts between two states, the development of conflicts between states and non-state armed groups, often terrorists, and investment by states in new defence technologies that open up new areas of conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contributors to this book have endeavoured to answer some of the fundamental questions raised by current developments in armed conflict.
