The aim is to raise awareness among the general public and decision-makers of the specific features of the armaments sector and the strategic nature of this industry.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The network is made up of recognised researchers on defence and armaments industrial policy issues, whether they work in universities or think tanks. Ares Group can also call on experts from the world of industry.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>ARES Group produces short articles (Comments) and longer articles (Policy Papers) in English, which are widely distributed in the European strategic community. Its experts also publish opinion articles in newspapers.
