The Ministry of Defence rewards the best academic production in defence economics with a prize value of 5,000 euros. Applications must be submitted by 15 July 2018.

Le Defence Economics Prize 2015 was awarded to Josselin Droff, researcher at the Economics of Defence Chair for his doctoral thesis in economics (CNU, section 05) entitled: « The Space Factor in Defence Economics: Application to the Organisation of the Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) of Defence Equipment« .
