The economics of security: Jean Belin speaks at the CNRS

PEPS «Security of Societies and Systems - 3S» Feedback Day - CNRS AAP 2017 

In early 2017, the CNRS Mission for Interdisciplinarity launched the’Call for Projects 2017 (AAP 2017) as part of a new First Support Exploratory Project (PEPS) entitled «Company and System Security - 3S»,at the interface between the humanities and social sciences, physics, mathematics and computer science. The aim of this call was to encourage new research into security and defence issues, to better understand - and/or counter - the new vulnerabilities created or aggravated by the growing interconnection and complexity of systems and societies.

The PEPS 3S feedback day took place on Friday 9 February 2018 at the CNRS headquarters in Paris, with a speech by Jean Belin, the holder of the Chair in Defence Economics, on the theme of’Security Economics.
