The the École Militaire's teaching, research and doctrine bodies held their annual meeting on 16 February in the Foch amphitheatre. first joint annual conference.
Dedicated to the theme of war in Ukraine, It was organised around presentations by defence specialists (researchers and experts) from these different organisations.
The event was introduced by Lieutenant General Benoît Durieux, Director of the IHEDN, and closed by the Army General Thierry Burkhard, Chief of the Defence Staff.
Jean Belin moderated the second round table, entitled «What new addictions?». Julien Malizard, one of the speakers, addressed the question of «How to finance high intensity?».
